We offer a 100-day trial period on all Vivobarefoot footwear, allowing you to return your items for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your natural movement experience. All returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked journey back to our warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place your shoes in their original box and secure them in a durable shipping mailer to protect the product during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
